WHERE CAN I PURCHASE TIGER FRIDAY? 

We currently sell Tiger Friday strictly through our online website. If we are selling at any special locations we will be sure to let you know. As for now buy your #fierceandfree attire online @tigerfriday.com.

 

HOW TO  PROPERLY CARE FOR YOUR PRODUCT

HOW SHOULD I WASH MY TIGER FRIDAY?

We highly suggest you hand wash your TF or machine wash, on delicate, with cold water. Always lay your TF on a flat surface to dry. Do not hang dry as colors may bleed together.

WHAT IS FUSION FLEX?

Fusion Flex is a proprietary technology we use to apply our appliqués to ensure they stay secure as you move. If your TF was made with Fusion Flex it is best to store it neatly folded. If your item is crumpled up it will cause the Fusion Flex adhesive to crease within the fabric.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY TF IS MADE WITH FUSION FLEX?

If your Tiger Friday is made with Fusion Flex is will be indicated on the tag of your item.

 

SHIPPING/ORDER STATUS

AFTER I PURCHASE FROM TF, WHEN WILL MY ITEM(S) SHIP?

If you purchase before 1pm Mountain time on a business day, your order will be shipped out same day. If you purchase after the 1pm time block, your order will be shipped out the next business day. Please note business days are Monday-Friday.  

MESSAGE FROM THE TF FAMILY

Here at Tiger Friday we pride ourselves on getting your packages to you quickly and efficiently in the best condition possible. However, once your package leaves our facility it is out of our hands, literally ;). We can not be held responsible for late packages, wear and tear, or any transportation problems which occur after it leaves our facility. If your package arrives late or damaged it is best to contact USPS for help and compensation. 

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY TF?

You have 30 days from your order date to submit a return or exchange. Your item must be unwashed and unworn with tags still in place. We understand there are special cases in which an item must be returned but does not meet the above qualifications. In this case please email customerservice@tigerfriday.com and we will respond to your query within 1 business day.  

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM FOR FREE?

We want you to love your TF, so we make returns and exchanges easy by providing a prepaid shipping label and processing your item quickly. In case of a return we require a $7.95 service fee. If you wish to exchange your item or get store credit that can be done with no addition fee. Click "Returns and Exchanges" on our homepage to print your prepaid return label.

HOW CAN I BE FEATURED WEARING MY TF GEAR?

At Tiger Friday we love to see you ROCKING your #fierceandfree. Post a picture on social media of you wearing TF and tag our feature page @tigerfriday.features for a chance to be featured.

HOW CAN I BECOME A TF AMBASSADOR OR MODEL?

If you wish to become a TF ambassador or model fill out an ambassador form here. Anyone can apply to be an ambassador at any point, but we do conduct an annual ambassador search at the end of July. We look forward to looking through your applications and finding new talent to represent us. If you apply and do not hear back from us within 5 business days, thank you for your submission! Keep working on your skills, technique and social media presence and try again during our annual ambassador search.
