Adorable ruffle shorts. My daughter got a Medium. She's 5'4, 110lbs, Athletic Build and wears a Small in the Filly shorts. Some other shorts we have been doing Medium, Partially for comfort and modesty. The Small would still "fit" but the Medium allows a little more give and coverage.
