Our TF team is always working hard to get your packages out as soon as possible. Operating business days are Monday - Friday and do not include holidays.

Eligible orders (must include Returns + Package Protection at checkout, excludes Final Sale items) placed November 15th - December 23rd will have up until February 1, 2025 to make eligible returns for refunds and February 10, 2025 for store credit (our return policy applies).

 

Processing and Fulfillment:

PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOUR ORDER DETAILS ARE CORRECT (size, address, shipping method, etc.)

Once an order is placed it is ineligible for changes, cancellation, or upgrades and our return policy becomes applicable.

• An order placed with standard shipping will have an average processing and fulfillment time of 1-3 business days (plus shipping times).
• Please add 3-4 business days for processing and fulfillment during sale events, large drops, and holidays (plus shipping times).
• An order placed with upgraded shipping before 12:00pm MST will ship within 1 business day.
• An order placed with upgraded shipping after 12:00pm MST will ship within 2 business days.

Shipping Times:

Orders are shipped during business operating hours, Monday - Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will go out the following week.

The estimated delivery times given at checkout are set by the UPS carriers and go into effect after our processing and fulfillment time frame. Please understand that once your package leaves our facility we have no control over shipping/delivery times. You can check your tracking number for further shipping details.

• Overnight Express > For Monday - Thursday ONLY. Orders placed before 12:00pm MST will ship within 1 business day; orders placed after 12:00pm MST will ship within 2 business days (no Friday or Saturday shipping & no delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays)
